Nice when talked to but lacks communication. They were supposed to call me when insurance approved to get car scheduled for repair. I never heard anything. Insurance reached out to me to see if I wanted a check or to get it fixed as I didn't schedule anything yet, I told them how I was waiting for Don Tester to call as they said they would. So I ended up calling and got it scheduled. I was told my car should be done by that Friday. On that Friday towards evening I called to follow up on when it'll get done because I never received a call. The guy on the phone said it should be ready on Monday. Monday came and went. Heard nothing. Then I called Tuesday and was told the vehicle has been done!! The receptionist claims the guy I talked to Friday told me that it was done. Which was NOT true!! Because I definitely would have taken the rental back asap.
