I'm giving you a 9 because you forgot to install a part that I had purchased from Ford. It was delivered prior to service. But was overlooked even after I reminded in writing and verbally. It is being corrected. As for the body shop repairs. Top notch . I'm very happy with the work performed and how quickly it was taken care of.

Everything was , good except, they didn't put any windshield washer fluid in my car,was driving it and needed to clean it in a snowy morning, nothing came out,had to buy a gallon of fluid and fill it ,not happy with this ,but the other repairs was good
