Amazing service! Jay Krause answered all of my questions and turned a terrible situation into a tolerable one. My vehicle was repaired quickly, rental cars were offered and I was able to call and check in on repairs throughout the week. Upon picking my vehicle up, it was freshly washed and the entire inside was vacuumed and cleaned. Above and beyond satisfied. Will recommend Don Tester in the future.

From the moment I stepped into Don Tester Ford, I received the best customer care and service! I was actually met by the owner when I first entered (I wasn't even aware until it was mentioned to me that he was the owner!) The owner was very kind and helped me right away! Jay Krause, the shop manager was very professional, but most important to me, personable and kind. My car looks and feels spectacular and impeccable! I was pleased to see that they had also cleaned the inside of my car. I was pleasantly surprised. At other shops that have serviced my car before, they never cleaned the inside. I HIGHLY recommend Don Tester Ford!
