Everyone was very friendly and Katie was quick to get back with me on everything, but there were definitely issues. It took a month to get the car in for repair and most of that was waiting for things to be done at DT collision. The estimate was not submitted to insurance in a timely manner, which caused alot of the delays. The rental car reservation (arranged by DT) was not completed, so I had to wait at Enterprise for it to be submitted. I just feel like I had to follow up on things more than normal in order to get them done.
