I worked with Heidi on getting repairs to my new car that was rear ended. She was friendly and helpful and kept in communication with me the whole time. I never felt ignored or lost in the queue. My car came back beautiful and looking like new again. Having my new car damaged was a terrible experience, but now it’s like never happened and I’m very happy with my experience with Douglas Collision
