I would have appreciated more communication PRIOR to my repair. If they would have scheduled a date that would have been fine, as my vehicle was still drive-able. I just didn't appreciate being told "end of the week", then I still had to call in at 4:30 Friday for an update. Then it was "on Monday" which turned into Tuesday lunchtime. If they would have just told me- it will be Tuesday noon, that would have been fine. The communication process was better DURING the repair. My car was clean and put back together at the time I picked it up. I'm happy with the repair work itself.
