We’ve always had our work done there. But this incident took 13 weeks for the parts to come in. They made no contact with us to let us know when they were expecting them. We were told shop time would be about 8 days but was 10 days and again they made no contact as to the progress. The vehicle was very clean inside and out and the work looked to be top quality.
