The actual repair process was awesome. The only "problem" I would say was the length of time it took to get in, for the repairs. I am understanding of the issue of getting parts in, but I think 7 months is super excessive. The reason I say this, is because other vehicles were getting fixed in the mean time within 1-2 months. I think I was too patient and almost forgot about until I called. Again, I was overall pleased with the service, but the initial process was a little frustrating.
