The repairs were done well, but when I got my car back, it had a strong vomit-like odor that wasn’t there before. I’ve tried using Ozium and car air fresheners, but the smell still lingers. I’m not sure what caused it.

I am writing to express my deep concern regarding a serious issue that occurred shortly after I picked up my vehicle from your center today. While I have been generally satisfied with the customer service provided, I was extremely disappointed and alarmed by what happened just two hours after retrieving my car. During my very first drive on the expressway, I suddenly heard a loud noise coming from underneath the vehicle. I was forced to pull over immediately for safety reasons. Upon inspection, I discovered that the fender and bumper on the driver’s side had started to come loose, posing a major safety hazard and nearly causing a serious accident. As a result, my vehicle is now not drivable. I trust this matter will be taken seriously. I kindly request immediate attention to this issue, as well as a prompt resolution to ensure my vehicle is repaired properly and safely. I look forward to your urgent response. Sincerely,
