The repair work has always been high quality. This time the quality was great but I was extremely disappointed with the communication. Both lack of it and I believe, transparency. My car was in the shop way too long. The customer service rep knew I really wanted it back Finally, when it was there 4 weeks, I got it for the weekend because they were waiting on a minor part, I had showed the customer rep on the 1st week. I truly believe she did nothing with it. It came in the following Monday and they promptly finished my car. I found out that Monday the owner had surgery and a technician had been sick. None of that was communicated on my weekly calls to them to get the status.

Dealing with Dreher was very easy and the time it took to get my car back was extremely satisfying. I would not hesitate to have them work on my vehicle in the future.(not that I want an accident to happen).

We have some headlights "lights" on in our van that we feel we need to bring back to have looked at. We think that they came on shortly after we picked up due to the work done on the front of our van.
