Rick and Justin are so friendly, professional and responsive. They arranged my tow, told me every step of the way what was going on and made it easy for me. My car was done within 2 weeks (even with a holiday in there). The body shop I normally have used wouldn’t have even been able to get my car in to look at in that time. When I came to pick up my car, they went thru everything they had done and the inside of my car was cleaner than when they picked it up. Can’t say enough good things about Rick and his team!

I personally can tell the team is very rounded and very nice folks around tri-states. This is the reason why I invested my time searching correcrly. I also appreciated the time and effort put in on a car like mine. Its one of a kind and not everyone can get it as factory close as this Impala and still do repairs accurately.
