Riley in the front office was super helpful as soon as we brought the car in - Brandon called and gave updates and we have awesome service when we can to pick up the car from Rick! Everything looks great and they got my car done quicker than they expected - i am very happy with my experience!

Excellent follow up after the repair. From start to finish this was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a vehicle repair company. Driven is the best place to get a car repaired in the area- period! I would never recommend any other place. They are communicative and let you know daily what the updates are with your car (even if not any they will still call to check in and let you know progress). They also are very patient and understanding when it comes to questions being asked. Gabriel, Rick, and Riley really stood out to me as kind and helpful people (I know everyone that works there is and I wish I knew all of their names because they all deserve a shout out!). So thankful for Driven for getting my BMW X7 back into tip-top shape after someone hit me. They gave it a wash inside and out, too! You guys are the best!
