I dropped off my vehicle at the beginning of the month as scheduled. I was given a quote of two weeks, which was fine because they were bust. Ten days later I called just for a status update. Parts were not Even ordered yet I learned. I was told no body told the service manager my vehicle was there for something like four days. I was then given another week to get my vehicle back. I waited that week and called again, work was just beginning on it. They told me another four days. by now we are entering the fourth week my vehicle had been there. All this time I have a rental car which I personally am paying for. Every time I called they kept pushing it out another three or four days. I eventually got in touch with the head manager and he verified all the run around I was getting. Only then did the work get completed and I got my vehicle back, after almost four weeks. He did arrange a small discount on my rental though. Still, I was quoted two weeks and was just about twice that. The quality of work on my vehicle was very good, but be prepared for a longer than quoted time.

I am an insurance agent, this is one of my company’s preferred shops. I have at least 8 more years of my career to recommend or not recommend this shop to my customers. I’ve come away from this experience feeling like this is irrelevant to the customer care people. As I stated, I currently regret bringing my car to this shop.

This shop came recommended by my insurance company. I even went to see them before I had the repair assignment sent to them and they stated that they could handle my car. They had the car for almost 6 weeks, my insurance company paid $15000, and when in went to pick up the car, the hood does not line up properly. I would have thought for a $15000 repair, someone would have inspected how the hood looks before telling me the car was ready. I have an appointment for them to look at it again, but I feel disrespected that they handed this car back to me. Currently, I regret bringing my car to this shop.

When I went to pick up my car, I brought in a business check to pay the deductible. I was told they don’t accept personal checks. The rep went to see if someone could approve my check. There was only one manager in the building and not available. Everyone from accounting had gone home. It was 4:45 and I had to run to the bank to get cash. By saying my check wasn’t accepted just by looking at it, this business is saying that I am not trustworthy. That’s quite an assumption to make when they have no evidence of that.
