I have had many visits to D's and who I prefer! However, this time it took me calling 3 times before I got an appointment scheduled. I sent the estimate via email on 12-10-25 and didn't get it scheduled until 1-20-26. I was told they no longer work with some insurance companies (I realize my company is not an easy one), but I was just looking for a phone call on whether they accepted my estimate and will work on my car. It took 3 phone calls of ME calling. This had never happened before. The actual work and process once I got it in was seamless.

Coming here was the best decision I made. My father passed away while my car was getting fixed, and a simple phone call to Michelle made me feel like I didn’t have to worry about my car that they would handle everything and wait for me to come back into the country and all I had to worry about was dealing with my father‘s funeral. I’m extremely thankful for the staff and their understanding. I would definitely bring my car here again.

I was very pleased with the appearance of my car when I picked it up, and I have every confidence that the work was done correctly. I appreciate the fact that once they got the bumper off, they realize they had to work on the calibrations. And other words they did not just do cosmetic work. They really did a great job repairing my car. Also, the people at D’s were so friendly and accommodating. I would go back there if I had to – which I hope I don’t!

The repair itself had no problems, and was done very well. The only problem was that my car wouldn't start at pickup, likely due to the cold weather. I understand It would be pretty difficult to try and mitigate this, but it was still something that prevented a "perfect" repair.
