I really appreciated the updates provided to me twice a week, and D’s met their initial promise date on when my vehicle would be done. Car was washed and clean when I picked it up. I believe I have a small area/spot that requires further buffing out, but given it is so small, I have not asked for it to be done.

After going for the initial estimate I was promised a call to schedule service on that same day and never received a call. My adjuster had to follow up with them and they still didn't call me to schedule. I had to contact them directly to schedule repair. When repair was finally scheduled and I dropped my vehicle off, I was called to come back and get it because the parts were on back order. I was told I'd receive a call to reschedule but never did. When I called to follow up nearly a month later, I was told I was scheduled to come in that week yet I hadn't received a call to schedule the appointment; another appointment was then scheduled because I was out of town for the appointment they had scheduled and not informed me about. Communication was horrible! During the repair communication improved and I was updated regularly. However, there was a system that needed to be reprogrammed and they didn't do it which lead to an alert showing up on my vehicle. I picked my vehicle up on a Friday and called them back the same day about the alert and was told to bring it back. I took it back the following week and they had my vehicle almost all day before calling to tell me it couldn't be programmed because a part was needed. That part of the repair is still not complete.
