When I went to get into my car. My right blinker was blinking fast like I had blown a bulb. Changed all the bulbs. Still kept doing it, so my dad finally looked at the car. The electrical wiring was disconnected. Then under further investigation my dad realized the radiator support wasn’t bolted in all the way. Luckily he had bolts that were the right size to fix this mess. AND, on top of all of that, my air bag sensor was just hanging. Could’ve gone off at any time or if I would’ve hit a bump. Also, my car was in the shop for an unreasonable amount of time. I got no updates on my car, I had to call every single time I wanted an update. I’ll definitely be taking my car elsewhere next time

Repaired wheel shrouds are already getting chewed up by my tires. Started the 2nd day after the repair. I was told that this is common in Jeeps after front end damage. So I guess I'm going to just save up to get aluminum ones. I was disappointed that something like this was not known by the shop and no other securement was attempted to keep this from happening again.

I have had my vehicle back two days. I am very happy with the repairs that were made to the rear bumper. Lucas also did an excellent job communicating and explaining everything to me, even if I was unavailable to answer the phone, he always left a detailed message, leaving me with absolutely no reason to call him back. Regardless, the type of business, if all customer service was handle in such a manner as D Paint and Body Shop, there would be a lot of happy customers. I 100% recommend D’s Paint and Body…! Thank you…!

They lack communication with customer. I had to rent a vehicle once and take my truck to them. Three days later they tell me they don’t have the parts and to come get my truck back. Then I have to call them at least once a month to see if they have the parts. Each time they act like they forgot. Finally I ask for my money back and then they finally get the parts and say that they will “ make it right” for all the problems. I then asked if they could bailiff out some road tar spots. They said no and called me several more times about delays getting my truck done. I now have it but have to take it back to get pin stripes put back on. They did not make anything right so to speak. The work on the truck looks good but it’s actually not done yet
