Body work looks great was done in a timely manner. Only down side was picking it up and not seeing the vehicle washed I do understand it’s winter. The area they worked on was clean and professional done, looks as if I never hit a deer thanks again

Travis did an amazing job on my car, AllState made the whole process a headache and Travis made sure to explain all of my concerns in a way that makes sense. I went from not even wanting the car back to being happier with the car than the day I picked it up, they went above and beyond and cleaned the car up!

I'll say this I pray to never need such extensive vehicle repairs again but if I ever am in the unfortunate situation again I'll demand my car or truck be taken directly to them

I kept getting automated texts stating the car would be done at a different date and time than the actual humans told me. Thankfully the humans were much faster!

The score could’ve been much higher. However, whoever did the bodywork on my car left mud boo Prince all in the front of my car on the driver side. I would suggest putting a paper pad down so people don’t have have to clean out their car after they get back
