i was told by don that the car would be repaired and it would look as if nothing ever happened. how true that was! no sign whatsoever that the car it was in a fender bender. don was also sympathetic with my situation. he noticed how nervous and teary eyed i was so he reconfirmed that everything was going to be ok. he was reassuring and encouraging. thank you for a job well done!! 👍

Hello, my experience with Duran’s body shop was excellent. From the time I called them on the phone to set up an appointment walking in leaving my car and picking up my car. Don was great. He took pictures and made sure everything was right. I also appreciated the prompt service, My car was done in a week and that was excellent. It was very helpful that they called enterprise had the car rental place come and pick me up set up the car rental. I have nothing bad to say only excellent service and I would recommend this place to anyone. I picked up a few extra business cards, I intend on passing them out when I know that anyone needs a body shop to go to. They are all friendly and local and I always appreciate good service. Thank you so much AAA for having Duran on your list of authorized service centers. If you can trust them, I can trust them. That is how I found my local mechanic as well at Freeway towing service and they also provide Excellent service. Juliet R

I can honestly say that this Durans Body Shop completely exceeded my expectations. I was nervous leaving my car, especially after seeing bad work on coworkers cars. From the minute I walked in and was greeted and 2 minutes later Don was already getting all the details, taking pictures. Thanks to their efficiency everything went smoothly from Insurance to Car Rental and back again in only a week. I will gladly recommend Durans Body Shop to friends and relatives because My Car Looks Great. If AAA can Aurhorize them, then I can trust them and I am so glad I did.

Honestly such a great experience!! Some of the best customer service. Such a smooth and fast process. Not even that but the work on my car was flawless, paint match, brand new parts and fast repair times. They kept me updated with progress in my cars repairs.
