I am pleased with the service, the communication, courteous employees, and the overall appearance of the car. I am going to give you a 9.5 simply because when facing the grille, the gap where the hood meets the headlamp is noticeable. The gap on the right is non-existent, to the extent that I am concerned that closing the hood or going over a bump will crack the lens of the headlight assembly.
