I am very pleased with all the work that was done. I was also happy to get the text updates letting me know the status of the repairs. I felt like I was kept "in the loop".

The estimate took a long time and it seemed as though the receptionist wasn't aware of my appt. but that is my only complaint. Everything else was good. I will be back.

The fact that it took a long time for the estimate to be done and the fact that the receptionist wasn't aware that I had an appt for my estimate was concerning. But everything was great after that

This was the first time that I interacted with Dutch Valley and it was an excellent experience. Their customer service and attention to detail was very comforting with the text updates and how they treat military service members. I definitely recommend them to all and will return if I have any future car repairs
