Side note: when finished using the back of car to hold parts the shade should have been put back into place prior to picking up the sun. Small detail, but should have been left like it was found. Did not change my overall 10 rating. Hope the team applies this to all customers going forward. Barb King

On the day I dropped the car off I felt the receptionist should have greeted me at the window instead of trying to talk from the desk. Had to ask her to repeat over due to glass Mifflin her voice ( lack of volume).
