The customer service wasn’t great and the reason for this rate it should be lower they did not call me back when they said they would. That was important to me, cause I had no idea of knowing when my vehicle was going to be ready.

My car wasn’t fixed properly, and I’m very disturbed by the way it is. You write an estimate for one thing and do less work then what your suppose.to do, I would think for a big company as this I wouldn’t have this type of problem!!!!!!

The staff and experience wad beyond and exceptional experience for an un-auspicious occasion. The smiles and diligent updates from the woman at the front desk and the professionalism from George, or the quality trade work from crew was spectacular. Truck looks like it never went through the experience. Its nice to see people taking pride and care within their trade. The quality shines through with dignity and professionalism.

There was no communication and get a random text that you couldn’t respond to saying they’ll keep me updated, but I had a call from my own updates after it was past the day and time it was supposed to be ready and after waiting patiently a day past the day was supposed to be finished with zero communication on the day before except when I called the truck is not aligned. Well it’s aligned, but the steering wheel is crooked, which is utterly ridiculous. Doesn’t seem like anyone is in charge there but as far as the workmanship satisfied, they fix the dent very well, but the alignment atrocious and Service once again nonexistent it’s not how you run a business.

You use to be good this time no follow up with what was going on with my car I had to keep calling parts not ordered or on back order kept telling me it will be ready by July 2nd July 2nd came and no phone call no follow up had to get high up managers involved terrible service received my car back in August
