Had some problems contacting the collision center got a status update. Phone Number on card kept going to the dealership who initially did not inform me of who they were. Kept telling me that they did not have my info or car. Was able to figure out eventually what the problem was and spoke with James who was a great help in explaining everything. Also kept me updated on the status of the car and when the work would be completed. Good job!!! Very pleased with the work done.

The check out/pick up the car process was extremely long. I was under the impression my car would be ready on a certain day. I went there on that day and the paper work was not completed. I see I missed a call telling me to come later in the day I guess.
