A little better communication would have been nice. The vehicle was ready Friday and had a friend not seen it outside in the front I’m not sure we would have been notified. But other than that Great Job!!!

The body repair and paint were perfect and they even vacuumed my car out! I was worrying about doing it in this heat, but they took care of it for me! What a relief!

Every contact I had with Eason’s whether on the phone or in person was handled in a professional and friendly manner! I was apprehensive at first just because I had never been involved in a wreck with another person and given the job of taking the car in for the estimate and then for the repairs. The staff at Eason’s made it all easy and made me feel right at home. They made sure I understood everything about what was going to happen with the car and made sure I understood the estimate and the time frame it would take to get it fixed. The first morning I came in, I was just joking that I needed a big cup of coffee and Jaimie said there was some made and I was welcome to have some! Now I know why my husband wanted me to go to Eason’s and I will use them again if I ever need repairs to my car!
