I received such attention and understanding when I needed an unexpected repair. Stephanie went above and beyond to help in such a difficult time and at a reasonable price given the damage my car had when I brought it. My car looks as if it was never damaged, the job was done very quickly and was so clean upon picking it up. I have already begun to tell everyone of my experience and will continue to inform all of the gem in Easton.

Very helpful staff and leadership . Since we were over 700 miles from home that was greatly appreciated. Car looked great after repairs but unfortunately did have an unresolved issue on way home.

Steph was very nice, super efficient. They worked w/ AAA insurance and I didn't have to deal w/ anything. Convenient Enterprize car rental partnership made pick up and drop off easy. The work was delayed a couple of days but overall, the work was well done. Never saw my car so clean!

I realize they only needed to replace bumper, but there were some obvious scratches on the edges that could've been touched up with the left over paint. Very helpful getting claim processed and did vac inside of car. Had a problem with touch up paint sent home with me that erupted on container and spilled on newly painted deck steps. Waiting for resolution
