Detailed and timely response unfortunately I was told that the car was fixed and two minutes after I left the dealership all of my warning lights went off. So not fixed.

The door to the charging port will open but won’t go down without being coaxed and it wasn’t like that when we brought it in so it must be something that occurred when they took the door off or put it on. I need to bring it back for repair asap. I called Monday but no one has reached out yet. Please advise.

I was thoroughly impressed with my expectations in getting my Cadillac SUV repaired after being rear ended in an auto accident. The receptionist named Alma was very expedient in making my appointment with Jennifer Pena, the cost estimator. Jennifer followed up on every aspect of dealing with the insurance company, the rental car company, and the actual repair itself. The entire staff at Ed Morse Cadillac Collision Center were kind, knowledgeable and extremely professional. My husband and I purchased our car from Ed Morse Chevrolet. We were completely happy with the great service that was provided in getting our vehicle back to us in a timely manner. Our sincerest thanks to you for awesome customer satisfaction!

While the work was amazing and my car was immaculate once i got it back, my experience in dealing with Condido, collision estimator, was not. He assured me the door to be replaced was at the shop and was the correct door. The work would be completed in 5 days. The result was not what was explained. It took 9 days to replace and paint a door. He repeatedly told me the delay was in mixing the paint. He told the paying insurance company (this was a collision where the insurance company was not mine) the door they had assured me was there to do the repair, was not the correct door. Anyway, my experience left much to be desired. I will never take my car to your collision center to have collision repairs again.
