My car was with you all for almost 3 months!!! The staff were very rude. I picked my car up Thursday and Friday evening began having trouble with it. Today is Monday and after discussing with my insurance agent, I decided to take my car elsewhere to have them fix what wasn't fixed correctly with you all. Danny in collision was awesome as was Willis in service. Travis and Angela in service were rude and hateful. Jasmine in collision was very rude and a liar. She said my boyfriend could drive the loaner as long as his driver license was on file. Then turned right around and told them she never said that. I still have the email where I emailed her his driver license to have on file

Being retired military and and very picky about my car that l have grown vary attached to during the first 240000 miles. The body shop did a did an outstanding excellent excellent job of putting her back together, making her look new again. I believe they went above and beyond and they will be the only ones I trust to work on my cars or trucks.

Ryan was very friendly and explained what was going to be done. Also that there may be other issues that could not be determined until they looked more closely into the damage, He was easy to talk to. Over all the collision team did a great job in repairing the damage. Ryan also said for me to call him if I had any questions after I picked up my vehicle and got home.
