Had a scratch on the hood that wasn't there before and noticed my clear coat was peeling off my rims on this vehicle and the one I took the prior week talked to Bob and he said they don't use anything that would peel the clear coat off kinda strange 2 vehicle have the same issue

Door on 2005 Dodge was not finished properly. Control panel on inside of door was hanging loose and not finished properly. When I approached personnel about it they said they order a part and promptly get back to me. That's been several days and I've not heard anything about the correction. If they'd finish that one item properly, I'd have to give them a ten. Otherwise I'm not happy.
