The repairs themselves look good it just seemed like they were counting every little thing and adding it up, the other body shops I have used will throw in a turn signal or program a sensor and this time is was more of a "I'll check on the price for that or you will have to take this to a Ford dealer for them to tell you what's wrong". I thought I was at a Ford dealer... Anyway the technicians and shop manager were great just seems like company was very frugal in dealing with customer care. Overall the work was good and no complaints about workmanship.
