My experiences with dealerships and their shops has not ever been good in the past. Ed Morse Ford has been great! From buying an expensive to me car, getting a loaner while work was being done to update software, warranty work..etc. Regarding the body work just done is just as good. I found a problem and that's being rectified as I type this. Bob in Collision is on top of everything and deserves a raise!

The work was great, the personel were great, but everything had been reset on my dashboard including the trip meters. What the heck was that about? I can't think of a reason why you would change my normal display settings.
