The car took longer than expected and quoted to be completed. I had to pay for my rental car and the delay doubled my price as I had to pay for an additional 4 days of a rental. I also thought after having my car for an additional 4 days tha it would have come back completely cleaned inside and out.

My vehicle was supposed to be completed in 4 days in a Friday and I did not get the car back until the following Tuesday. Also, the two new mufflers do not appear to be symmetrical or even.

I did not feel they kept me informed. I had to constantly call for updates and every time I did the date that it would be ready changed.
