I received the call my car was ready then a few hours later I get a call saying they just need 30 minutes to fix something they missed. I was fine waiting 30 more minutes even though I was almost to the shop. Get the the shop to be told by someone else that they put one of the scratch parts back on and wouldn’t be fixed in 30 minutes like the previous guy said because the bays were full. Complete miss communication. The following Monday I hadn’t heard from anyone so I called around lunch time to check in. When I was asked what time I got off work that day I was told it would be ready an hour after that. Which makes me believe they didn’t work on the car until after I called and not that morning.

Eddies Body Shop did a fantastic job repairing our truck after we collided with a deer at high speed at night on a highway. The work was done carefully and very thoroughly. We were provided with pictures of the damage along with a complete explanation of what would be needed to repair the truck. Eddies also communicated promptly with our insurance company, who was then able to approve their proposal for repair. This meant we only needed a rental car for a short amount of time, well within the limits set by the insurance company. Our insurance company was complimentary of their dealings with Eddies Body Shop and we were thrilled that the truck looks and runs like new. We give Eddies our highest recommendation!

Fixed my car. We’re kind enough to clean it up after. Unfortunately whatever they cleaned my new black car with scratched it and the rims kinda bad. It’s noticeable on every rim especially.

Color match was very good. Body work was good. Overall finish and texture match to the original clear coat was good. They, however left an existing door ding in the blend area of the repaired door. Should have been repaired with the damage or at least discussed and given the option of repairing.
