They did a great job. My truck was finished a day earlier than expected. The office communicated updates regularly via text messages and the staff were very friendly and professional.

Just provide better communication to customer per the time frame of keeping the car. I was initially quoted 1 week and no one called me at the end of that week to inform me parts didn’t come in and would be longer. Each time I had to call to find out status . Three weeks later cost me lots of money in car rental fees.

Beautiful work, wonderful Debbie communicated all along the process. Work was completed 4 wks earlier than another body shop I’d contacted first. Very thankful I had it towed to Eldridge from the other shop. I’ll highly recommend Eldridge!
