I made it clear from the beginning that I was paying out of pocket for my rental car because of the delays with labor and parts (not the fault of Elite), but the owner made comments about being rear ended and the other drivers insurance would cover the costs. It seemed there was one delay after another: first we were waiting on a tailgate, then it was the muffler. I was originally told "mid-January" but didn't get my car back until mid-February - and over $1100 in out of pocket expense that I may not get back from insurance. It just seems that because my repairs would be paid by insurance, any sense of urgency was thrown out the window
