I chose Elite Collision based off of a list of GEICO approved shops and because of the fantastic reviews that they had on many sites. I’m happy to say my experience matches those reviews! They did a great job with the repairs and communication, but also with walking me through the whole quote/adjuster/repair process that would happen through Geico’s express service at their shop. I specifically had concerns about certain parts being used on my car and wanted a shop that would be transparent, honest, and skilled. Felipe especially treated me with respect, listened to my concerns, and answered all my questions very knowledgeably - something often lacking when those in the car industry work with female car owners. I am thankful places like this exist. I hope they continue in this manner as their business grows!
