Elite Collision Specialist did a fantastic job repairing the bumper of my Porsche after it was damaged in a minor accident at the auto train station in Lorton, Virginia. Their attention to detail and professionalism really impressed me. If I’m ever in the Miami area again and need car repairs, I’ll definitely be returning to them. Highly recommend!

I have never written a review before, but the staff was absolutely amazing. I have never felt so comfortable out of state working with an autobody shop as I did with elite. I personally want to thank them for all the assistance they provided for my daughter not to mention the car came out amazing. I wish we had a closer franchise in my state of New Jersey because I would take all of my vehicles there. The staff was so kind compassionate answered all of my questions and truly went above and beyond to help us out.

The vehicle was not ready at the pick up time promised to me when I dropped it off. When I picked up the vehicle, the bumper’s right upper edge had to be touched up. The rear headliner was dirty, the bumper, the rear gate and the rear spoiler paint did not match properly to the body color of the vehicle. I haven’t taken the vehicle back for a redo because of the time it will take to complete the work and also I’m trying to see if the mismatch color will grow on me. I honestly don’t feel comfortable taking my vehicle back to that location again.
