Just because it takes to long and get fixed and they didn't show me the work I t was kinda dark when I got my car and I found the scratche on it the next day and I signed the papers so I didn't know what to do

One thing I had to wait to long to get in fixed and I found a light longer scratch on my hood and I am not happy with that I didn't have any scratch on the hood until they fixed my car

Everyone was kind and helpful. Anthony made sure all my questions were answered and took care of all insurance paperwork. Car looks good, like I never hit a deer. Was disappointed there were new boot prints on inside of both front doors. My car was not vacuumed out like State Farm said would be if I went with select service shop. I’m thinking not vacuuming was just an oversight, maybe because car went right over to service for inspection. I appreciate that inspection was able to be done while var was there.
