He tried to correct errors. Which didn’t change much. Just changed location of issues. Loose push pins. Even had an attitude towards the whole situation. And now that I am doing the survey before my headlight is replaced, I’m expecting to not get that fixed.

My first experience was a good one but I don't know much else about Elm. I would mention it to a friend and say I had a good experience but I wouldn't be able to say that they too would have a good experience without me having more contact with Elm in the future.

So far everything looks great and is working well. My battery was almost dead upon puck up though. I think I ran the emergency flashers too long while waiting for road side assistance. I just wish someone at Elm would've notified me it was going bad and offered to change it while it was there. Otherwise, so far so good. No issues with the repairs and no loose connections yet.

Yes satisfied the noise that I heard must’ve been a vibration of one of the broken pieces! Is it possible there is any of the red paint left? I have a few chips I need to stop in and get a touchup of paint. Yes, we are very satisfied.
