Your office employee was very efficient, pleasant, and professional. I never met “Larry” but he was super keeping me updated and apologized for the delay in getting some parts. Very good customer service. The body shop did a great job. My Navigator looks brand new. Thank you to them all.

I absolutely LOVED the excellent communication you guys have. You updated me immediately of something would take longer than previously expected, and I definitely appreciated that. I almost wept with joy and gratitude the first time I was updated, even though it was to extend the finish date by a couple of days. (Which the extension was not a big deal in the slightest!!)

While the exterior looks good which where the damage occurred, the interior was filthy I have rocks and sand all in my back seat and hand prints all over the interior roof. Also I just noticed more trim pieces were not put on correctly and still haven’t been put on right
