They did a great job I need to bring back to have the trunk lid adjusted. Also the emissions evac is leaking air and engine light. Is on.

The damage the car sustained was never addressed. The shop had 2 go arounds at the car’s dent. The rear panel dent was still there after two visits. Additionally, the two rear emblems were removed from the car and never replaced. No attention to detail observed or accountability. It’s pretty ironic that Elwood’s mission statement is “Where quality still prevails”. They had the car for over 2 weeks and never redressed the damage to the car.

The owner was shown 3 times where the car sustained its damage. That area was never touched. On top of that we were accused of finding new damage to the car.
