There was some misunderstandings when I dropped my vehicle off. I had 2 different quotes for work to be performed, one for insurance and one to be paid out of my pocket, and I wanted both to be done at the same time. When I dropped off my vehicle, I thought they would complete both and have the ordered parts on hand. But they were only going to complete the insurance claim until I called a few days later to inquire about the work I was paying for out of pocket and they had not even planned on that yet and hadn’t ordered the parts. So that put them behind my power curve.

Everything looks and works great! I love the added benefit of having some work done that I paid out of pocket for in order to minimize having to have it worked on a second time. So thankful Emma was able to squeeze in the sidejob!
