Had to return due to clear coat over spray on windshield. Also just noticed a decent paint run/drip on left fender. Other than that the truck looks great. The shop did a nice job overall.

Everyone was very nice and you could tell they were really good people. Had some small issues when picking up the vehicle howver they heard me out and fixed everything I was worried about so job well done. This isn’t my first time at a body shop and it would have been nice for them to detail and clean the inside of the car. I have been to body shops that do this and it is a great perk. When I picked up the car the inside was the same that I had left it. But all in all it was a good experience

I was not responsible for the costs of the repairs, however I would be concerned about the estimate made if I were responsible, relative to the work done. Maybe the initial estimate is a not-to-exceed, but I didn't notice an adjusted cost after the repairs were made. The initial estimate seemed high for repairing body parts and paint, and very low cost for replaced parts.

The process was made very easy including the rental car pickup coordination. It should be made more clear that the process can start as soon as the first visit (much more immediate than I ever thought). When making the initial appointment this should be made more clear: I expected to make an initial appointment for an estimate, then return at a later time for the repair to initiate. The first appointment could have been deferred until I was prepared to leave it.

I brought my vehicle to the Enfield Collision Repair for a bumper repair after being rear- ended at a stop sign. I had a great experience. Cortney was incredibly transparent, friendly and knowledgeable. She kept me updated with regular text messages. They deal directly with my insurance company and the rental car making the whole process stress free. My car looks bran new, and they even returned it washed and vacuumed. I HIGHLY recommend them.
