Very pleased with the service. Wish it was a little more personal when picking up the car. Maybe ask if we would like to go over the car and process, all is good, here are the keys, have a great day and call if you need anything. But, it was all good

Took longer than my rental lasted and still experiencing some issues. Overall though it's been great. I absolutely appreciated that they vacuumed and detailed the inside of the car. My kids had a mess in there and things flung around everywhere after the accident

They have communicated very well with me about the process and bringing things to my attention. They have been very kind and respectful overall. I would of liked a tour of the car and talked about things done to the car and assured that all was great as they hand the keys back to me. It felt like pay, here is your key, here is paper work, sign and good bye. Didn't feel very personal.
