The Altus location is the only shop in the area to implement a water-based paint system which far more Environmental-friendly. We are looking to keep growing and expanding. My rating was based on the requested cosmetic repairs not being done and also that I didn’t realize and wasn’t informed the Altus shop had moved to a new location since I’d turned vehicle in for repair.

Cant tell what happened-looks great. Was grateful that the additional damage was found and repaired. We’d been so fixated on the obvious damage that we missed the not so obvious.

We had asked for some scratches to be buffed out while truck was being repaired (at our expense of course). That hadn’t been done when I picked up the truck. I had already turned in rental and didn’t want to wait.

Vehicle taken to another state without my permission, Returned dirty inside and out, scratch on new headlight, two of the four bumper bolt nuts never threaded down or tightened. But it gets much worse!!!! Pics availible

Charged wrong price , keys held hostage, mistakes were made and the shop was wrong and rude/disrespectful. Refuse to honor (As required by state law) 100% disabled veteran tax exemption "we do whats right not easy" Really?????
