Liberty Mutual scheduled an appointment on a Saturday for me to get an estimate of the damage to my car. The appointment was scheduled several days in afdvance. When I arrived the body shop said they never did estimated on Saturdays. The body shop should have contacted Liberty Mutual or me to reschedule the appointment.
