I've always had a successful experience with Ernie's.

The driver's door was replaced and I have more wind noise on driver's side and my car doors locked once after I accidentally left the keys inside. There is a mechanism that prevents the doors from locking and a low warning sound emits usually if you leave your keys inside.

Ernie's is the only shop I will use for future mishaps.

I've had my truck repaired several times before at other autobody repair shops , and I can unequivocally say that this repair experience at Ernie's Auto Body has been the best ever! From Chelsea (the underwriter), to John Magowan (owner), this has been a gold + experience all the way around. After bouncing my truck off a tree and sustaining approximately $20,000 in damage, the repair came out flawlessly all the way around .... mechanically, paint and body, and getting all computer functions working great! Chelsea kept me informed every step of the repair with details and info I didn't even know I needed, and John responded to any concerns or questions in great depth and detail. Ernie's Auto Body is the shop I will definitely bring my car to for any future mishaps ..... hopefully not any time to soon. : )
