Part of the repair was the windshield wiper fluid tank. I discovered it was empty. I could have used some on the drive home, with respect to the sand or salt on the road.

I've had repairs performed at both of the major body shops in Hayward, Wisconsin. Ernie's Auto Body is by far superior. Professional, friendly and informative staff at Ernie's makes a huge difference in achieving a satisfactory experience for customers when repair work between shops is otherwise similar.
