Euro collision did a good job repairing my car, can’t tell the difference, it looks like before. They finished on the date they said they would finish. I would definitely recommend them.

I’ve had several issues with my repair experience. The original bumper repair was returned to me with significant orange peel and visible spray-pattern/finish irregularities that were noticeable in normal daylight. I brought the vehicle back for correction, and the bumper is currently being reworked. I was told the bumper would be removed and buffed, but I was not given a clear explanation of the specific correction process or how the paint defects would be addressed. At this point, I’m waiting to see whether the correction brings the bumper up to an acceptable factory-quality finish. I would appreciate having a representative contact me to discuss the repair and ensure the final result is satisfactory.

The car was with your shop for two weeks. Other shops gave me an estimate of 3-4 days. I decided to go with your shop instead because of your expertise in European vehicles. My car was delivered to me on the day it was supposed to but when I called the day before I was told it would not be done until the middle of the following week. Then, suddenly it was ready when it was supposed to be. When I got to my car I was even more upset because of the horrible quality of job that was done. I specified a minor scratch on the other side of the bumper for repair 3 separate times but it was neglected in the final repair still. The overall job was really bad and I will never come back to this shop again.

Honestly, there was a minor issue the first time, but I let it go. Second time, something was broken that was not and no return call so at this point, it feels like I wouldn’t recommend this shop.

I was not satisfied, because the repair had not finished to my liking, the worst thing is that I mentioned the places that were badly fixed in my car, but the mechanic does not want to fix them correctly, I had to take the car badly fixed to avoid certain confrontations. I was totally disappointed.

The process was smooth and efficient with excellent communication. The repair work looks great! Brandy at the front desk went out of her way to help me when I picked up my vehicle and then when I accidently left a couple of things in my rental car. Her kindness was appreciated. What a great team!

Very friendly staff onsite. I appreciate the timely email communications and status updates. The repair on the back of my car was very well done. The car rental coordination to and from the shop is very convinient.
