Oscar was outstanding. From the moment we brought in the car to the point we picked it up. He is very easy to talk too and excellent at communicating. He was there for us every point of the repair. The workmanship is top notch. The paint was matched perfectly. The gapping was perfect. The lines on point. Definately my go to auto body shop and my number 1 recommendation shop. After bringing my vehicle in for an initial assessment, I was told it’d take around 3-4 business days for the parts to come. After almost 2 weeks I still hadn’t heard anything and had to reach out twice for answers on what was taking so long. I had to contact my insurance company to get my rental extended because it took so long to hear back.
