The time frame I was told was not even close to how long I had to wait to get my vehicle back. I was not given updates until the day I called and told them I was no longer waiting for my vehicle and would show up to get it. I also did not have all the work agreed to done when I picked it up. Parts were not ordered in advance as I was told also delaying repair time.

The only problem was that the car took 29 days to be repaired. I understand there were several factors that caused the delays, but it was frustrating. Otherwise, I was happy with the final results.
